Scholarships for international students
Graduate students from outside Brazil may apply for the following research funding agencies:
- TWAS-CNPq: Postdoctoral, Full PhD and Sandwich PhD scholarships, requires English, Spanish or Portuguese proficiency, deadline: September of each year.
- CAPES PEC-PG: PhD scholarships, requires Portuguese proficiency, deadline: August of each year.
- PNPD Grants: Postdoctoral scholarships, requires English, Spanish or Portuguese proficiency, deadline: February, June and/or August of each year.
